HI EVERYONE WELCOME TO THE NEW FORSTIE BLOG
THANKS JENNIFER FOR SETTING UP THE BLOG HERE IS THE UPDATE FOR THE FORSTIE CHRISTMAS PARTY ON DEC 23 AT THE CHURCH.

THIS YEAR WE DECIDED TO ELIMINATE THE HAM BUNS = HOPE EVERYONE IS FINE WITH THIS DECISION, SO FEED YOUR LITTLE DARLINGS AT HOME AND WE WILL SERVE GOODIES AND POP AT THE CHURCH.

THE PROGRAM IS SET UP AS THIS;

7 PM WE WILL MEET IN THE CHURCH FOR SINGING AND A CHRISTMAS GREETING
THE PROGRAM WILL BE SIMILAR TO LAST YEAR WITH DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS SINGING TOGETHER.

7:45 WE WILL RETURN TO THE DINING ROOM AND HAVE GOODIES (SO MOMS, BRING PLENTY TO SHARE WITH EVERYONE = YOU DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT TO BRING)
(ALSO IT WOULD BE GOOD IF THE AUNTS WOULD BRING PAPER CUPS, PLATES FOR YOUR FAMILIES)

AROUND 8 PM I HAVE A FEELING A VERY SPECIAL GUEST WILL BE ARRIVING TO BRING HIS SPECIAL CHRISTMAS GREETINGS.

AFTER ALL THE EXCITMENT IT WILL BE CLEAN UP TIME - HOPEFULLY EVERYONE WILL PITCH IN AND HELP

sounds good Lois! Thanks for organizing it! I am all for not doing ham buns, chips, etc.. Much easier to feed our kids at home, and just bring goodies and pop! Can't wait!

Skits would be fun. Anyone, feel free. Forgot one thing for the special guest on the 23rd. Candy bags in place of toys? All my kids agreed. Jenny, thanks for setting up the blog, now I have to learn how to post pics. As they say never to late to teach an old dog new tricks. Jeri

I (am pretty sure) that all our family agrees too that candy bags would be nice in place of toys!

i think it would be a whole lot easier with candy bags (or even big candy canes) for all the kids. One less stress with all the busyness of the holidays. Anyway should be fun! lori
